Abstract:
To provide a method relating to nucleic acids known in the related art for use in genetic vaccines in therapeutic or prophylactic treatment of cancer or tumor diseases for increasing expression of coded protein by preferably increasing further stabilization of mRNA and/or increasing translation efficiency of the mRNA.SOLUTION: It is disclosed a nucleic acid sequence or use thereof, which comprises or codes a coding region coding at least one peptide or protein containing a tumor antigen or a fragment, variant, or derivative thereof, at least one histone stem loop, and a poly (A) sequence or polyadenylation signal. In addition, it is also disclosed a pharmaceutical composition for use in the treatment of cancer or tumor diseases, in particular, the use of said nucleic acids for preparing a vaccine.SELECTED DRAWING: None
