Abstract:
To provide oligomeric compounds with conjugate groups targeting apolipoprotein C-III (ApoClll).SOLUTION: Provided is a compound comprising a modified oligonucleotide and a conjugate group, the modified oligonucleotide consisting of 12 to 30 linked nucleosides and comprising a nucleobase sequence comprising a portion of at least 8 contiguous nucleobases complementary to an equal length portion of nucleobase 3533 to 3552 of the base sequence consisting of a particular sequence, the nucleobase sequence of the modified oligonucleotide being at least 80% complementary to the base sequence consisting of the particular sequence.SELECTED DRAWING: None
