Abstract:
To provide a therapeutic molecule being useful for a prevention therapy specific to migraine having a new action mechanism with respect to a target on a basis of pathophysiology of migraine, the therapeutic molecule comprising a double function for resisting paths of both of a CGRP/CGRP receptor and a PACAP/PAC1 receptor.SOLUTION: There are provided: bispecificity antigen binding protein capable of binding to both of a human CGRP receptor and a human PAC1 receptor comprising a first binding domain for specifically binding to a human CGRP receptor and a second binding domain for specifically binding to a human PAC1 receptor; an isolated nucleic acid for encoding the protein; an expression vector including the isolated nucleic acid; a host cell including the vector; a preparation method of the protein including a step for culturing the host cell; a pharmaceutical composition including the protein; and a method for treatment for a patient who requires treatment for a condition related to the CGRP receptor and/or PAC1 receptor using the protein.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
