Abstract:
To provide an actuator capable of suppressing dislocation of a connection body composed of a viscoelastic member that is arranged between a support medium and a movable body.SOLUTION: In an actuator, a connection body 90 composed of a viscoelastic member 9 comes into contact with a support medium 2 and a movable body 3 at a position where the support medium 2 and the movable body 3 face a first direction Z. In a first case member 16 used for the support medium 2, recesses are formed in a plurality of points in connection areas 166a, 167a where the connection body 90 is connected, and the edges of the recesses suppress movement of the connection body 90 in a direction that crosses the first direction Z. Since the connection body 90 is compressed in the first direction Z, the connection body 90 has its part located within the recess. The connection body 90 is fixed to the connection areas 166a, 167a via an adhesive agent, and part of the adhesive agent is located within the recess 19.
