Abstract:
To provide an actuator capable of appropriately connecting a connection body composed of a viscoelastic member with a support medium or a movable body via an adhesive agent.SOLUTION: In an actuator, a connection body composed of a viscoelastic member is connected to connection areas 166a, 167a in a first case member 16 via an adhesive agent, and a first recess 191 is formed in a position adjoining to the connection areas 166a, 167a. Thus, when a first viscoelastic member is connected to connection areas 176a, 177a via the adhesive agent, a surplus of the adhesive agent flows into the first recess 191 from a gap between the first viscoelastic member and the connection areas 176a, 177a. A second recess 192 that communicates with the first recess 191 is formed in the connection areas 166a, 167a. As a result, a surplus of the adhesive agent can be made to flow into the first recess 191 via the second recess 192 from a gap between the connection areas 166a, 167a and the first viscoelastic member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
