Abstract:
To provide a light emitting module that enhances reliability.SOLUTION: A light emitting module 100 comprises a light emitting element unit 3, and a translucent light guide plate 1 comprising a light guide first principal surface 1c and a light guide second principal surface 1d comprising a concave part 1b. At least a portion of a first light reflective member 15 is located outside the concave part 1b in a vertical cross sectional view. The light emitting module 100 also comprises a translucent joint member 14 in contact with an inside surface of the concave part 1b and an outside surface of the light emitting element unit 3, and a second light reflective member 16 covering the light guide second principal surface 1d and a portion of the joint member 14. At least a portion of the first light reflective member 15 and the second light reflective member 16 is separated in a planar view from the side of the light guide second principal surface 1d. The joint member 14 is exposed from the second light reflective member 16 in the separated region. The joint member 14 has lower hardness than that of both the first light reflective member 15 and the second light reflective member 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
