Abstract:
To suppress a decrease in security when consecutively accepting registration requests from a plurality of devices.SOLUTION: A HEMS controller 14 accepts, from each of a plurality of devices (for example, a device 16, a device 18) requesting registration with a HEMS, an electronic certificate of each device in a continuous registration mode in which the plurality of devices can be continuously registered with the HEMS. The HEMS controller 14 determines whether to permit the registration with the HEMS for each device based on an attribute indicated by the electronic certificate of each of the plurality of devices.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
