Abstract:
To provide a snubber circuit having a lower power loss than a power loss in a conventional snubber circuit.SOLUTION: A snubber circuit (1) is connected to a switching circuit (5) having a high potential node, a switching node, and a reference potential node. The switching circuit (5) has an upper switching element (HS1), a lower switching element (LS1), and a by-pass capacitor (BC1). The snubber circuit (1) includes a snubber capacitor (SC1), a diode (SD1), and a coil (SL1). A positive electrode of the snubber capacitor (SC1) is connected to a high potential node. In the diode (SD1), an anode and a cathode are respectively connected to a negative electrode of the snubber capacitor and the switching node. In the coil (SL1), one end and the other end are respectively connected to the negative electrode of the snubber capacitor and the reference potential node.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
