Abstract:
To provide an electronic circuit capable of appropriately performing a step-up operation using a power supply voltage.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, in a charge pump circuit, one end of a first capacitative element is connected to a first node, and the other end of the element is connected to a second node. A first inverter includes: an input node to which a clock signal is supplied; and an output node which can be connected to the second node via a first line. A first voltage detection circuit includes the input node electrically connected to the first line. In a third transistor, a source is connected to a third node, and a drain is connected to the second node. A second inverter includes: an input node arranged on the side of the first voltage detection circuit; and an output node which can be connected to a fourth node via the second line. In a second capacitative element, one end is connected to the fourth node, and the other end is connected to the third node.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
