Abstract:
PURPOSE:To realize an electronic document without using a paper in the whole process of generation, revision and correction by permitting a person in charge of revision to input a comment by a load processor as to document data of a recording medium and permitting a person who generates the document to execute correction with the comment. CONSTITUTION:The comment can be inputted to a word processor 12 by a comment input command 10. When the comment is inputted as to an arbitral part in the document, data on the comment is stored, the comment can be displayed by overlapping it with the original sentence and deletion is executed by a comment deletion command 11 when the original sentence is corrected corresponding to the comment. Thus, the person who revision person can input and display the comment as to the arbitral part of the original sentence so as to attain recording without destroying original sentence data by directly operating the word processor 12.
