Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain an excellent magnetizability and reduce irreversible demagnetization factor at high temperatures by making a magnet consist of a specific magnetic anisotropic alloy. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic anisotropic alloy, which consists of R-TM-B-Ga alloy powder (wherein R is more than one or two kinds of rare earth elements including Y, and TM is a material produced by replacing Fe or part of Fe with Co, B is boron, and Ga is gallium) whose average crystal grain diameter is 0.01-0.5mum, and whose average grain diameter is 1-1000mum. Accordingly, a magnetic anisotropic bond magnet having high thermal stability as well as high magnetizability after assembly, and a magnetic powder therefor are obtained.
