Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve reinforcing effect by providing a layer of reinforcing basic material distributed with a specific depth of cut on the opposite side of a thermosetting resin composition uncured layer which has a adhesion surface. CONSTITUTION:A thermosetting resin composition is obtained by compounding 3 to 30pts.wt. heat-active curing agent, such as dicyandiamide, which is active at 80 to 200 deg.C, up to 100pts.wt. cure-promoting agent, 5 to 100pts.wt. sheet- forming agent, such as polyamide, up to 150pts.wt. filler such as talc, 5 to 30pts. wt. reactive diluent such as butyl glycidyl ether, 0.5 to 10pts.wt. foaming agent such as azodicarbonamide with 100pts.wt. thermosetting resin such as epoxy resin. A sheet-like uncured layer 3 made from the composition of 0.4 to 3mm in thickness is formed on a side of a reinforcing basic material layer 2 of 0.05 to 0.3mm in thickness layered with a cloth of 5 to 500mum in thickness impregnated and hardened with 2 to 30g/m<2> of heat-resistant resin. A plurality of cuts 1 which reach a front of a adhesion surface of layer 3 through layer 2 and have openings of 0.7mm<2> or less in area are formed on the basic material layer 2 such that the each interval of 11 and 12 amounts to 10 to 80mm and the distribution density amounts to 5 to 100/100cm<2>.
