Abstract:
PURPOSE:To realize winding in a regularly arranged state by winding wiring material by arranging pressing jigs in the manner in which a space equivalent to one layer of wiring material which is to be wound around a winding core is formed between the pressing jig and the winding core. CONSTITUTION:Pressing jigs 25 are arranged so as to face a winding frame 22 in the manner in which a space 24 equivalent to one layer of wiring material to be wound around a winding core is formed. The inner peripheral surface 27 of the pressing jig 25 is made similar to the outer peripheral surface 26 of circular arc type section of a winding frame 22, and the space equivalent to one layer is formed between the outer peripheral surface 26 and the inner peripheral surface 27. By putting the winding core 21 in a groove 28 of the pressing jig 25, the pressing jig 25 can be positioned to the winding core 21. As a result, the movement of the wiring material 23 to be wound around the winding core 21 is regulated in the space 24. Thereby a saddle type coil 20 wherein the wiring material 23 is wound in a suitable orderly state can be obtained.
