Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent blocking of an air inlet for an exhaust gas by specifying an air ratio of a coke burning unit of a melting furnace, specifying a rising gas speed in an exhaust gas burning unit, and regulating an air supply amount so that a temperature of the gas burning unit becomes a specific range, thereby reducing scattering dust. SOLUTION: Hot airs from respective supply air ducts 10 are respectively supplied to a coke burning unit 5 and an incinerated ash melting unit 6, and an exhaust gas burning air is supplied from an air blowing tube 12 to an exhaust gas burning unit 7. At this time, coke is burned while regulating an air ratio to 0.7 to 1.0 in the unit 5. The exhaust gas burning air is blown from above to down of the unit 7 so that a rising gas speed in the unit 7 becomes 2.0 to 4.8 m/sec. That is, the exhaust gas burning air is blown from an air inlet 12a to completely burn a CO gas. At this time, a supply amount of the exhaust gas burning air is regulated so that a temperature at an upper part of the unit 7 becomes 1,000 to 1,200 deg.C.
