Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain lead free ceramics which are a bismuth layer compound containing Sr, Bi, Ti and Ln(lanthanoid) and further containing an SrBi4Ti4O15 type crystal and having a high Curie point, a great mechanical quality factor and the atomic ratio of Sr and Ln in a specific relationship by including an Mn oxide. SOLUTION: The atomic ratio of Sr to Ln is 0=0.02 wt.%, more preferably >=0.03 wt.% in order to manifest the combination effects with the Ln oxide. Thereby, stabilized oscillation and the oscillation at a low voltage can be carried out.
