Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film to be produced with good productivity while keeping water resistance and gas barrier properties substantially. SOLUTION: An aq. coating soln. containing at least a poly(meth)acrylic acid polymer, a polyalcohol type polymer, a plasticizer and an aq. coating liquid is applied to at least the single surface of a film 2 to be coated to form a coating film wherein a coating layer 3 is arranged on the film 2 to be coated. In such a state that the plasticizer is present in a coating layer 3, the coating film is stretched to be heat-treated.
