Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorption type refrigerating machine capable of preventing the crystallization of lithium nitride when absorbing solution consisting of the mixture of lithium nitride and ammonia is used. SOLUTION: The absorption type refrigerating machine, having an evaporator 1, an absorber 2, a reproducer 3 and a condenser 4 while using lithium nitride as absorbent and ammonia as refrigerant, is provided with an ammonia solution supplying pipe 33 for supplying ammonia solution in the condenser 4 to a pot 24 provided on the half way of a diluted solution transfer pipe 15. Upon stopping refrigerating operation, an electromagnetic opening and closing valve 31 is opened to supply the ammonia solution in the condenser 4 into the diluted solution of the same through the ammonia supplying pipe 33 to thicken the density of ammonia in the solution at the outlet port side of the reproducer 3 than that upon normal operation.
