Abstract:

To provide a sheet for sintering used at the time when, in a cemented carbide material or a cermet material, particularly, the one having a high ratio of a bonding layer or the one comprising hard components with a large particle diameter is sintered or heat-treated under vacuum, an inert atmosphere or a reducing atmosphere, and excellent in non-melt-fusion properties and non-reactivity, and to provide a method of producing a hard material sintered compact using the same.

The sheet for sintering is formed from an organic matter and ceramic powder, and the ceramic powder is rare earth element-containing oxide powder. By using the sheet for sintering, sintering in which melt-fusion with a tray in the sintering of a hard material is prevented, deformation such as bending and warpage in the sintered compact does not occur, and deterioration in the quality caused by the diffusion of elements into the sintered compact is not generated is made possible.
