To provide a collar for restraint by which eliminates fear from a pet, which prevents secondary infection caused by mounting, which eases physical burdens, which is light-weight and clean considering safety property and functionality, which enables a pet to see familiar scenes and favorite persons anytime and which is excellent in design property, and to provide a method for producing the collar for restraint where the collar can be reformed, dust is reduced to be gentle to global atmosphere, and the collar for restraint fitting the sizes of the pet can be produced mainly by a keeper collaborating with a veterinarian.

The collar is constituted of a hollow truncated cone, and has: a neck hole part 2 which is formed at an end on the small diameter side of the truncated cone to be fitted to the periphery of the neck of an animal S; and a collar part 3 formed extending from the end on the small diameter side to an end on a large diameter side to surround the mouth of the animal S. At the collar part 3, perforations 5, right oblique straight lines 6 and left oblique straight lines 7 are displayed. It is possible to form pattern hole parts by notching the right oblique straight lines 6 and the left oblique straight lines 7.
