To provide an image recorder/reproducer which can synchronize the entire image of a moving image with its partially cutout image and reproduce and to provide an imaging device, a recording medium and an image reproducer.
An attention point detecting means 101 detects continuously the position of an attention point, and outputs attention point position information. An output data generating means 103 generates an information group including synchronizing information showing the time relation with imaging information, attention point position information, imaging information and attention point position information and configured that the imaging information, the attention point position information and the synchronization information are separable. A cutout means 304 cuts out the cutout image including the attention point from the entire image shown by the imaging information based on the synchronization information in the image group. A synchronization control means 305 controls the entire image signal for displaying the entire image and the output timing with the cutout image signal for displaying the cutout image based on the synchronization information.
