A resin frame member 11 detachably mounted on a front face part of a heat exchanger 5 is molded integrally with a rear case of a fan case 12A of an indoor air blower for ventilation 12, the indoor air blower for ventilation 12 is assembled in the frame member 11, functional members such as a sterilization box 13A incorporating an ultraviolet ray lamp, a filter and the like, an air pollution detecting box 13B incorporating a means for measuring the concentration of carbon dioxide in the air, and a temperature and humidity measuring means 13C for measuring the temperature and humidity of the air are mounted on the frame member 11 by proper means such as insertion and screwing to be incorporated in the main body case 4.
