Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify an image operation to enable smooth counseling by using a shared image. SOLUTION: A counseling image 31 shown in a figure 9 (a) which is shared with a counselor side is displayed on the display screen of a client terminal, pointers 32 are respectively displayed on the images in such a manner that the client indicates a prescribed position on his/her image 31 and pointers 33 are also respectively displayed with an indication of a prescribed position of the image 31 on the counselor (not shown) side. The pointers 32 are provided with a displaying part 32a where the face part of the client is displayed as a dynamic image, and the pointers 33 are provided with a displaying part 33a where the face part of the counselor is displayed as dynamic image. The pointers 32 and 33 are movable, the pointers 33 are moved with the operation by the counselor, and the pointers 32 can be moved by bringing the pointers into contact with the pointers 32 as shown in figures 9 (b) and (c). Thus, the positions of the pointers 32 can be corrected from the counselor side.
