To provide a paint dispersion method which will not catch foam and exert a high dispersion, profitable in production cost, and capable of improving the detergency of its operation facilities.
This paint dispersion method comprises a step in which a liquid paint material to be mixed and dispersed is put into a tank, a step in which the paint material in the tank is sucked by a pump, and a step in which the sucked paint material is passed through a nozzle and discharged from a discharge hole submerged in the paint material, and returned to the tank. Nozzle 5 is an arrangement of nozzle plates 8 facing from the upper-flow side to the down-flow side having a plurality of nozzle holes 7, and the nozzle holes 7 of each neighboring nozzle plates 8 are so arranged that a plurality of nozzle holes 7 of the down-flow side nozzles partly face one nozzle hole of the upper-flow side nozzles, and the paint material passed through the nozzle holes 7 of the upper-flow side nozzles is divided by the neighboring nozzle holes 7 of the down-flow side nozzles.
