Abstract:
To analyze state of circulation of electronic messages in a boundary more finely.
A mail data analysis part 12 acquires mail data. A circulation route specifying part 16 specifies a circulation route of electronic mails based on the mail data. A boundary detection part 18 identifies electronic mails in the boundary based on a route table of circulation routes. A cluster making part 22 of circulation information specifying part in boundary 20 makes clusters dynamically based on mail data of electronic mails in boundary, and a data-in-cluster processing part 23 outputs a network index, important key words, average time interval etc. of each cluster.
