Abstract:
To provide a method for producing metal nanoparticles suitable for forming an electrically conductive coating layer in an electronic device or the like, to provide metal nanoparticles, to provide an electrically conductive composition comprising the metal nanoparticles, and to provide an electronic device obtained by using the composition.
When an organic acid metal salt and an amine compound are reacted, so as to produce metal nanoparticles, the formation and growth of metal nuclei are performed at <100°C, thus the metal nanoparticles in which the average particle diameter (D) is ≤10 nm, and also, σ/D (σ: standard deviation value, and D: the average particle diameter) is ≤0.2 can be obtained.
