To improve usability upon taking out a storage container which stores treated garbage, with respect to the built-in type garbage treating machine disposed and housed in a kitchen.
The built-in type garbage treating machine is configured such that the storage container 15 can be attached and detached to and from the treating machine body 1, linked with a front outer panel 6 of the kitchen 2, in an attachment configuration of the storage container 15 of garbage provided freely attachably and detachably to and from the treating machine body 1, whereby the attachment and detachment are made possible only by opening and closing operations of a front outer panel 6 and, therefore, the usability upon disposal of the treated garbage is improved.
