PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an organic thin-film solar cell which contains an electron transport layer formed of TiOand has high durability.SOLUTION: In a method of manufacturing an organic thin-film solar cell containing an anode and a cathode which are formed to be spaced from each other, a photoelectric conversion layer of an organic thin film provided between the anode and the cathode, and an electron transport layer formed of TiOprovided between the photoelectric conversion layer and the cathode, the electron transport layer formed of TiOis formed by a combustion chemical vapor deposition method.
