To provide a job flow management device or the like which accurately estimates the execution start time even when constraints on execution are set.

The job flow management device includes: a storage means storing job attribute data 110; a schedule management means 101 which instructs start of execution; a job flow definition interpreting means 103 which analyzes attributes of jobs; a job submit means 104 which transfers the jobs to request execution thereof; and an event notification means 105 which transmits a warning. The job flow definition interpreting means 103 includes an estimated start time calculation part 103a for calculating estimated start time along a job flow from the end point via nodes, an execution order determination part 103b for calculating estimated start time in order from the node to be executed last among the nodes to be merged into a specific node, and a warning transmission part 103c for transmitting a warning when a difference between the estimated start time and a target execution time is equal to or more than a predetermined value.
