To provide a mechanism for paying a wage on already offered labor immediately to an employee at a request of the employee' without placing a burden on an employer or a financial institution.

A server 10 receives from an employer terminal 30 wage payment approval information including approval information of the employer who agrees with wage payment to the employee, and generates transfer information including an employee ID and the amount of transfer. The server 10 stores the transfer information in a transfer information storage part. The server 10 receives transfer request information requesting for wage payment, from the employee terminal 20. The server 10 transmits transfer execution information including the amount of transfer and transfer destination information and requests the transfer execution approval of the employee. The server 10 receives the transfer execution approval information of the employee who agrees with the transfer execution from the employee terminal and gives transfer execution instructions to the financial institution.
