To provide a mediation system for a gift from a client to a recipient, which reliably transmits gift information to the recipient, and selects a gift system as the client desires.

The gift mediation system includes: a gift selection part 115 receiving a selection operation related to the gift system; a gift identifier issuing part 116 issuing a gift identifier corresponding to the selection operation of the gift system to a client communication terminal 20; a management database 140 accumulating the kind of the gift system and the gift identifier in association with each other; a transmission part 21b transmitting the gift identifier to a recipient communication terminal 30; and an information distribution part 117 collating the management database, and distributing gift confirmation information allocated to the gift identifier. The gift confirmation information distributed from the information distribution part 117 includes a field for input reception approval information for approving reception of the gift, and includes a recipient information input filed for inputting customer information of the recipient according to the kind of the gift system.
