Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance input and output characteristics by an optimal combination of an electrolytic solution and a negative electrode active material.SOLUTION: A nonaqueous secondary battery comprises: an electrolytic solution; and a negative electrode having a negative electrode active material layer. The electrolytic solution contains a metal salt and an organic solvent having a heteroatom; as to intensities of peaks originating from the organic solvent in vibrational spectra, the following relation holds: I>I, where Irepresents an intensity of an original peak of the organic solvent, and Irepresents an intensity of a peak resulting from shift of the peak. The negative electrode active material layer includes graphite of which the ratio (Long axis/Short axis) of the long axis to the short axis is 1-5.
