Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a gas engine which provides stable combustion irrespective of a composition of gas fuel while suppressing the rising of a cost.SOLUTION: An engine 10 is a multi-cylinder gas engine of a spark-ignition type, and gas fuel (city gas) sent from a gas supply facility L2 via a gas piping L1 is supplied to an intake pipe 12 of the engine. An ECU 40 calculates a torque equivalent value equivalent to an actual torque generated by the combustion in the engine 10 and, based on a difference between the torque equivalent value and a predetermined standard torque value, determines whether the correction of ignition timing accompanied by a composition change of gas fuel is required. Further, when it is determined that the correction of ignition timing is required, the ECU40 controls the ignition timing based on the difference between the torque equivalent value and the standard torque value.
