Abstract:

To form an electrode, in which an electrode width can be narrowed more and a resistance can be lowered, and which has sufficient adhesion even in a narrow adhesion area being narrowed more, and also has a high reliability by a superior heat resistance and water resistance, in an electrode or electric wiring, especially, a collector electrode of a solar cell.

A conductive ink composition includes: conductive particles; a thermosetting resin composition; and an organic system vehicle containing a curing agent and a solvent. The conductive particles include: nano-silver particles whose average particle diameter is ≥1 nm and <100 nm; and flake-like copper particles whose average flake diameter is ≥0.1 μm and ≤3 μm. Also, the conductive particles include the flake-like copper particles more than the nano-silver particles in terms of mass ratio.
