PURPOSE: To print out data with a high speed printer of a host computer, by transferring the data acquired at a service processor or a monitor to the host computer together with a host list program.

CONSTITUTION: A service processor 2 scans out the state of content if a host computer 1 has a failure. A scanning-out data B is stored in an external storage device 6. A host list program A is also stored in the device 6. The program A and the data B are written in a main storage device 4 with a data transfer program prepared in the processor 2, and when the execution of the program A is instructed with the processor 2, the program A is executed and the data B is printed out with a line printer 7.
