Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor generator control device for an engine-driven vehicle which can improve acceleration performance of the engine-driven vehicle while saving electric power.SOLUTION: A control device 4 for controlling a motor generator 2 of an engine-driven vehicle provided with an engine 1 for driving a drive wheel and the motor generator 2 arranged so as to receive power from the engine includes: an acceleration operation degree determination means 401 which determines a degree of acceleration operation of the engine; and a motor generator control part 402 which drives the motor generator to operate as a motor only in a limited assist period set so as to include a compression stroke out of a period in which the engine performs one combustion cycle when the degree of the acceleration operation determined by the acceleration operation degree determination means exceeds a set threshold.
