Abstract:
A communication system capable of executing optimization of network processing based on a change in utilization characteristics is provided. The mobile communication system according to the present invention includes a network operator device (12) that is arranged in a communication network managed by a communication provider and a communication device (11) that performs communication via the communication network. The communication device (11) transmits network assist information to the network operator device (12), the network assist information being used to change a network parameter associated with the communication device upon detecting a state change in the communication device. The network operator device (12) changes the network parameter associated with the communication device (11) based on the network assist information transmitted from the communication device (11).
