Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an encapsulation material masterbatch capable of manufacturing an encapsulation material for solar cell module containing a silane-modified polyethylene resin and a light stabilizer and excellent in adhesiveness or light resistant, under higher productivity than conventional methods.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of an encapsulation material masterbatch including mixing a base resin for masterbatch containing straight chain low density polyethylene having density of 0.900 g/cmor less, a silane coupling agent of 4 pts.wt. to 6 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the base resin for masterbatch, organic peroxide for masterbatch of 0.1 pt.wt. to 0.2 pt.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the base resin for masterbatch, and a light stabilizer of 0.5 pt.wt. to 5 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the base resin for masterbatch at 160°C to 260°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
