Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonoriented magnetic steel sheet combining low iron loss with high magnetic flux density at a high level and a production method therefor.SOLUTION: The nonoriented magnetic steel sheet that has a chemical composition containing, by mass%, Si:1.7% to 3.3%, Al:0.1% to 2.0% and Mn:0.08% or more and less than 1.5%, each contained in an amount with a range satisfying the following formula (1), further P:over 0.03% and 0.13% or less, Sn:0.02% to 0.15%, C:0.005% or less, S:0.0040% or less, N:0.005% or less and Mo:0.002% to 0.2% and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities, and that has a steel structure in which an average crystal particle diameter is 60 μm to 150 μm and that has a sheet thickness of 0.10 mm to 0.25 mm. Si+2×Al-Mn≥2.0 (1), where S, Al and Mn represent content of each element (unit:mass%).SELECTED DRAWING: None
