PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine the propriety of a state of a house facility, depending on a situation of going out.SOLUTION: A HEMS 30 detects states of house facilities such as an electric lock 40, electric shutter 44, air conditioner 32, and living lighting 34 in a building 100 and receives input of a destination at the time of going out. An information center 60 calculates a distance or required time to the destination input to the HEMS 30; determines the propriety of the states of the house facilities detected by the HEMS 30, depending on the distance or required time to the destination and a going out time zone; and makes a car navigation system 48 provided in a vehicle 46 display a determination result of the propriety of the states of the house facilities at the time of going out.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
