Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toothed profile which enables improvement of durability without deteriorating flexibility of a toothed belt and achieves long life of the toothed belt, and to provide the toothed belt to which the toothed profile is attached.SOLUTION: A profile body 5 which is formed separately from a belt body 2 is provided. The profile body 5 is formed by metal or high hardness resin. Belt teeth 7 are formed in the profile body 5. The belt teeth 7 attains high strength and high rigidity. An attachment part 8 which attaches the profile body 5 to the belt body 2 is provided. The belt teeth 7 having high strength and high rigidity is combined with the belt body 2 having sufficient flexibility.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
