Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe type file capable of further improving operability and a binder used for the file.SOLUTION: In a pipe type file having a file body with a back cover arranged between pairing cover base end parts, and provided with a pipe type binder in the inner face of this file body, the binder comprises: pairing support parts located in the vicinity of the boundary part between the cover and the back cover to be arranged on the inner face side of the file body; pairing press plates supported by these support parts to be rotatable; and a pipe type telescopic binding lever provided between these press plates. At least one of the press plates is provided with an unlocking operation part which is operated in a direction of leaving the file body to release the press plates from a support state by the support parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17
