Abstract:
Provided is a component mounting machine head that causes information stored in a volatile memory to be stored and held in a nonvolatile memory when a head error occurs, so that the information can be retrieved even after power is turned off, the component mounting machine head comprising: a head body; a head control device having an activation control unit communicatively connected to a component mounting machine body to activate the head body in accordance with an instruction from the component mounting machine body side, and a state output unit for outputting information indicating the state of the head body to the component mounting machine body side with a prescribed period; a ring buffer volatile memory for storing information at a timing including at least the time of the change of the state; and a nonvolatile memory capable of storing information. The head control device has an error detection unit for detecting a head error, and a storage control unit causing the information stored in the volatile memory to be stored in the nonvolatile memory.
