Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the impact of manufacturing variation while maintaining colorimetric accuracy.SOLUTION: An image processing system comprises: a plurality of filters; and a signal processing unit which generates a chrominance signal on the basis of a transmission spectrum of each of the filters. The plurality of filters includes: the filters belonging to a first filter group which uses an XYZ color-matching function as a reference; and the filters belonging to a second filter group different from the first filter group. The transmission spectrums of the filters belonging to the second filter group are shifted in the wavelength direction with respect to the transmission spectrum of a first filter which has the narrowest wavelength range among the filters belonging to the first filter group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
