Abstract:
Provided is a fuel cell capable of circulating a heat medium even when a heat medium flow path becomes clogged. This fuel cell comprises: a heat medium flow path for circulating a heat medium to exchange heat with a power-generating unit that generates power by reacting hydrogen with oxygen; a heater provided on the heat medium flow path, for heating the heat medium; a heating unit provided on the heat medium flow path, for heating a unit to be heated; and a branching flow path branching out on the upstream side from the heating unit, and joining back on the downstream side from the heating unit.
