To inhibit a foreign matter from externally entering a power unit structure of a saddle riding vehicle.SOLUTION: A power unit structure 10A of a motorcycle includes an internal cover 23a that shields a motor 30 from inside in a vehicle width direction, and an external cover 23b that shields the motor 30 from outside in the vehicle width direction, and has an opening 84 formed below the motor 30 with the internal cover 23a and external cover 23b.
