Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent short-circuiting due to contact with an adjacent contactor, without providing a guide film.SOLUTION: An electrical connection device 1 according to the present invention comprises a plurality of contactors 21a, a first support board 18 (first tabular member) for supporting one end of each contactor 21 that is electrically in contact with each of a plurality of connection lands 9, and a second support board 19 (third tabular member) for supporting the other end of each contactor 21 that is electrically in contact with each of a plurality of electrodes of test objects, shifting the support position of each contactor 21 supported by the first support board 18, each contactor 21 having a bent portion 51 that is bent at a position different from an adjacent contactor 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
