Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire hydrant storage box with a front door disposed at the front of a frame capable of achieving smooth vertical slide opening and closing.SOLUTION: A front door 32 sliding down for opening and sliding up for closing is disposed on a front door opening 33 of a frame 31 that is embedded and installed in a watchman path. On a rear face side of the front door 32, provided as an assist mechanism is a damper 92 for absorbing the impact made when the front door 32 slides down to an opening position, and a gas spring 90 for energizing the movement of the front door 32 when it is sliding up from the opening position to a closing position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
