Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multistage fluid machine capable of improving revolution removal performance in a return channel while reducing rotor-stator blade interference with a blade of a subsequent stage of impeller.SOLUTION: With respect to a height of a revolution removal member 13 in a width direction of a return channel 10, a value H2 on a rear edge 15 of the revolution removal member 13 is smaller than a value H1 on a front edge 14 of the revolution removal member 13. Moreover, the height of the revolution removal member 13 decreases broadly monotonously as going to the downstream side of a flow of fluid. A distance in the width direction between a member center line A which presents a center of the revolution removal member 13 in the width direction of a return channel 10 and a wall surface 16 of the shroud side on the return channel 10 is as follows. That is, with respect to the distance, a value D2 on the rear edge 15 of the revolution removal member 13 is smaller than a value D1 on the front edge 14 of the revolution removal member 13 and decreases broadly monotonously as going to the downstream side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
