PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately control a vehicle according to change in atmospheric pressure.SOLUTION: A vehicle control device 100 comprises: an electric motor 112 mounted on a vehicle; a boosting converter (a boosting circuit) 116 that boosts a voltage of a high-voltage battery (a battery) 114 and supplies the voltage to the electric motor; a vehicle exterior environment recognizing part (a movement determination part) 164 that determines whether or not a vehicle 1 enters a road on a bridge, a road provided on an upper surface of the bridge; and a boosting restriction part (a processing execution part) 162 that restricts the boosted voltage in the boosting circuit when the movement determination part determines that the vehicle enters the road on the bride.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
