Title:
ガスセンサ
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6860870
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas sensor capable of sensing at a relatively low temperature.SOLUTION: A gas sensor (100) of the present invention comprises a substrate (30), a pair of electrodes (20), and a gas-sensitive medium (10). The pair of electrodes (20) are formed on the substrate (30). The gas-sensitive medium (10) is formed by an aggregate of composite particles formed by a substance to be supported, which is made of at least one kind selected from the group consisting of metal, alloy, oxide, and composite oxide that include an element belonging to groups 7-11 of the periodic table, being supported by a metal oxide support, and connecting the pair of electrodes (20). The electrical characteristic of the gas-sensitive medium (10) changes by adsorption of a gas to be detected. At least some of the composite particles assumes a rod shape having an aspect ratio of 2 or greater.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
